AMFITEATRU residential project, located in the western side of Cluj-Napoca, on approximately 2 ha of land has from the beginning all the key assets of a successful residential project – southern exposure of land, breathtaking view, green areas and neighboring forests.
Besides 200 apartments having one, two or three rooms, distributed in 14 blocks of building arranged in the form of an ancient Roman amphitheater, the residential project also includes 2,000 sqm of land intended for various services (kindergarten, bank, gym, pharmacy, mini market, medical practice, etc.), grouped around a square, which ends with a remarkably modern-style restaurant building that boasts an breathtaking view.
Cooperation with a team of outstanding architects has generated a solid project, where all apartments were designed to have natural lighting, generous terraces, easy access, but privacy as well. Although the buildings have few storeys, they are equipped with elevators that facilitate access from the underground parking up to the last storey.
By May 2009, when the construction permits are expected to be issued, the land improvement will be completed by its connection to electricity, gas, water and sewerage networks. In a next step, Donath street – the street providing access towards AMFITEATRU residential area – will be rehabilitated, upgraded, and asphalted, via cooperation with the Technical Department of Cluj-Napoca City Hall.
